How we price a commercial move
Every quote starts with a site walkthrough — we don't price an office off a floor count over the phone.
Scope & equipment
Desk count, IT and server complexity, and any specialty equipment like safes, machinery, or cold storage.
Access & building rules
Loading dock bookings, lift access, and any building move-in documentation both sites require.
Timing constraints
Overnight and weekend work to protect trading hours is scoped and quoted up front, not added as a surprise surcharge.

How far ahead should we book a commercial move?+
One to two weeks lets us schedule the right crew size and confirm building access at both ends. Larger relocations benefit from a site visit three to four weeks out.
Can you move us without any downtime?+
Most office moves run Friday evening through the weekend specifically so there's no lost trading time. We'll plan around your busiest periods if weekends aren't an option.
Do you handle IT equipment and cabling?+
Yes — servers and network gear are moved with anti-static handling, and we photograph cabling setups before disconnecting so reconnection matches the original configuration.
Do you provide a site visit before quoting?+
For any move over a few desks, yes. It's the only way to price access, equipment, and timing accurately, and it's included at no cost.
