The five stages of a move

Walkthrough or call
We go through your home or office — in person or over video — and note anything that needs special handling, from stairs and parking to a piano or a server rack.
Fixed, written quote
A price based on what we actually saw, broken down by what's included, sent to you the same day or the next business day.

Confirm & schedule
Once you accept the quote, we lock in your date and crew, and arrange anything that needs booking ahead — building lifts, loading docks, or parking permits.
Moving day
Your crew arrives at the agreed time, protects the space, and works from the plan drawn up during the walkthrough — not a guess made on arrival.
Settled in & follow-up
Furniture placed, boxes stacked by room, and a call from us within a few days to check nothing was missed or damaged.

How long does the quote take to arrive?+
Most written quotes are returned within one business day of the walkthrough or call, sooner for straightforward moves.
Can the plan change after the quote is accepted?+
Yes — life happens. If the scope changes, we'll tell you what it means for the price before doing anything differently, not after.
Will the same people who quoted the job actually move it?+
Yes. We run our own fleet and crews rather than booking in day labour, so the team you meet at the quote is the team on the day.
What if I need to change my moving date?+
Let us know as early as you can — we'll move your booking to a new date at no extra cost, subject to crew availability.
